Jesus Teaches about Prayer.....this week series
We MUST pray morning noon and night.........
The essence of Pray is a private communication with God..... (Matthew 14:23)
Public prayer is acceptable but both must be done with a sincere heart not for public attention on self. (Matthew 14:18,19)
Jesus encourages persistent prayer, we can never pray to much if our prayers are honest and sincere.
Before you start to pray, make sure you mean what you say.
Following is the Lord's Prayer: the Lord gave it to his disciples as a model for them to keep in their mind to pray for the Lord's work in the world, our daily needs, and struggles.
Try it praying everyday, I am sure working to pray at least 3 times a day....morning noon and night.
The Lord's Prayer...
Our Father in heaven
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one.
